As stupid as it may sound, Cole watched her go. He didn't know what else to do. He could just grab her by the arm and say the sweetest things he says to the other girls, but not with Jessica. He couldn't seem to find the right words to say....or the right thing to do. He didn't want to see those tears on her eyes either. No, not now when everything was turning out to be the best day of his summer. But there was nothing he could do, he felt helpless. His eyes, they shifted back to the air hockey table. If only quarters could save his life right now...his newfound relationship with Jessica.
"I'm sorry," was all Cole could mutter. He couldn't look back up and looked at Jessica again. He just couldn't.

Jessica walked straight out of the arcade, down the street a bit then sat down with her back against the wall. She pulled her knees up to her chest and placed her head on her knees, starting to cry. She didn't care anymore. She had messed up everything. She had lost her new friend.
"Why am I so stupid!" she exclaimed, picking up some rocks with her mind and chucking the against the wall. She kept doing this repeatedly. She didn't care anymore. She stood up and walked towards the garage. Working will make her feel better.
